FAQ
How do we chose a location?
I’m based out of Oldham County, but travel to all the surrounding counties. I am open to your suggestions, but I also have a plentiful list of locations I can recommend. To help me recommend a location, try to select a setting or look you are hoping to achieve. Some settings include nature (fields, trees, water), rural (barns, fences, fields) or urban (sidewalks, buildings, stairs, graffiti).
How do we decide what to wear?
Ugh, the most stessful part of planning a photo session! I recommend “coordinating” colors. So, not all matching, but complimentary/coordinating colors. Try to avoid too many different patterns. I suggest starting with 1 persons outfit, then coordinate around that. Do some research online or on Pinterest. There are lots of resources out there to help!
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your edited photos within 3 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season ). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
What should we communicate to you?
There are a few things that would help me to prepare for your session in order make it run smoothly and help me meet your expectations. First, are there any special needs I need to be aware of? This will help me choose/recommend a location. Are there specific groupings or shots you hope to get during our session? Do you prefer a style of photos, either candid or posed? The more communication the better!!
